Telcotrek, Inc. has deployed a trial for video surveillance at the Kids Parks in Foley, Alabama, utilizing Strix Integrated Wireless Video System. The IWVS was utilized by local public officials for “live” viewing and recording at a fixed command center. Foley’s Police Dispatch Center served as host to local public safety agencies. “Strix IWVS camera system was very successful and the Foley Police Department was able to apprehend in a very short period several individuals; enhancing the security of the Foley Kids Park”, said Chief David Wilson, from the Foley PD.
